  • 7.00pm: Community Dinner

  • 8.00pm: Orientation- Bethany and Matthew 

  • 8.30pm – 11.00pm: Engage in Community 

    • campfire, s’mores, music & games

Day 2: Saturday

Morning:

  • 7.30am: Yoga*

  • 8.00am: Community Breakfast

  • 9:00am: Session 1 - Implementing healthy technology habits

    • 9:00am- 9:15am Worship - illuminate 

    • 9:15am- 9:45am Session 1- A-Gap (Bethany) 

  • 9:45am- 10:30am Breakout groups - illuminate

  • 10.30am: Enhance Creativity

      • Calligraphy- illuminate (Sydney)

      • Water Coloring- illuminate (Carol)

      • Making wood coasters- A-Gap

      • Lava bead bracelet- A-Gap

  • 10.30am: Explore Creation

    • canoe, paddle boarding, swimming, basketball, volleyball & disc golf

Afternoon:

  • 12.00pm: Community Lunch

  • 1.00pm- 1:30pm Session 2- Why silence and solitude?  

    • Worship- illuminate

    • A-Gap- Bethany 

  • 1:30pm-2:30- Solitude & Silence

  • 2:30pm to 5:30pm

    • Explore Creation 

      • zip line, scream swing and paintball 

Evening:

  • 6.00pm: Community Dinner

  • 7:00pm: Session 3 - fostering authentic community 

    • 7:00pm-7:15pm- Worship- illuminate

    • 7:15pm-7:45pm- Session 3- illuminate

    • 7:45pm-8:00pm- Ministry Time

      • Prayer

      • Worship

      • Journaling 

    • 8:00pm-8:30pm breakout groups

  • 8.30pm- 11:00pm: Engage in Community

Day 3: Sunday

Morning:

  • 7.30am: Yoga*

  • 8.00am: Community Breakfast

  • 9.00am: Session 4- Honoring the Sabbath

    • 9:00am- 9:15am- Worship (illuminate)

    • 9:15am- 9:45am- Pastor George

    • 9:45am -10:00am- Ministry Time 

      • Prayer

      • Worship

      • Journaling 

  • 10.00am-10:15 break

  • 10:15am 11:30am: Session 5- Realistic Changes

    • 21 day challenge (A-Gap)

      • Bethany

    • Letter to Yourself

  • 11:30: Closing Retreat- illuminate and A-Gap

Afternoon:

  • 12.00pm: Community Lunch

  • 1.00pm: Clean-up

    • Pack

    • Clean dorms

    • Drive home



Packing List

Items To Bring:

  • personal bedding for a twin mattress 

  • reusable water bottle (with a way to identify it as yours)

  • good pillow

  • comfortable closed toed shoes & sandals (water shoes, similar to chacos would be best)

  • 2 large towels for lake & shower

  • rain jacket

  • jacket or sweatshirt

  • comfortable pants

  • athletic shorts

  • layered shirts

  • undergarments & socks

  • pajamas 

  • swim suit (per camp guidelines females must wear one-piece swimwear or two-piece with cover up, males are allowed knee length swimsuits with no briefs or speedos)

  • basic toiletries (including sunscreen & insect repellant)

  • journal & pen

  • Bible (DUHHHHH)

Optional Items:

  • battery operated alarm clock

  • flashlight

  • analog hand watch – no smart watches

  • a book or artistic supplies you might use during your down time (optional)

*Please check the weather forecast, to assure you have comfortable clothes fit for the weather.

Items To Leave At Home:

  • iPods, smart watches & other electronic devices

  • alcohol, drugs, illegal substances & any weapons that could be harmful.
