4pm-6pm: Check in to Hotel and have dinner on your own

5:50pm Car Pool Meet-up in Lobby (See directions below)

6:00pm Depart for Lifeway Live Evening Session Event begins at 7pm

SATURDAY, July 20, 2019

6:30-7:30am Breakfast*

7:45 Depart for Lifeway Morning Session (Event 8:30am-12:00pm)

12:00-1:30pm Lunch on your own

1:30-5:30pm Lifeway Live Afternoon Session

6:15-7:45pm Evening Small Groups and Dinner* provided at hotel

8:30pm Poolside Dessert Party!

SUNDAY, July 21, 2019

7:15-8:15am Breakfast*

8:30-12:15pm Small Groups and light lunch snack break

12:15pm Group Wrap-up

1:00pm Depart for home and apply what we learned!


  • Bible

  • Comfortable clothing AND layers: rooms may be freezing, hot and anywhere in between!

  • Swim suit (and float if you own one) for our Poolside Dessert Party (it’s going to be hot, so just jump in with us!)

  • Bring any preferred snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for yourself or to share with your table.

  • All hotel rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig Machine w/2 K-cups (yay!!!) and liquid creamers. (Yes, the writer of this email loves her coffee in the morning!


  • Friday Dinner (on your own before event).

  • Saturday Breakfast (provided*)

  • Saturday Lunch (on own)

  • Saturday Dinner (provided)

Those women that contacted us regarding their dietary restrictions upon registration have had their information relayed to the hotel catering department. Accommodations have been made for each meal. If you have a previously shared dietary restriction, please present yourself and your consideration to the server before each meal and they will be happy to assist you.



CAR POOLING IS ON YOUR OWN. We will provide a list of attendees and kindly ask that you approach other women attending to inquire if you can ride together. If after several attempts you cannot find a ride you can contact Amy Marasco who will assist you. ALL REQUESTS FOR CAR POOLING ASSISTANCE MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO JULY 15TH.*

Check-in from 4-6pm on Friday, July 19th. You will need to put a credit card down when you check-in at the hotel for any incidentals (long distance phone calls, bottled waters, etc.) that you charge to the room. Only one person per room needs to do this. If you don’t use the bottled waters and don’t make long distance phone calls from the room, you will not incur any charges.

Car Pool Meet-up: 5:50pm

Those who have space in their car AND those who would like to receive a ride to/from the arena Friday evening can meet in the lobby (Front Desk side) at 5:50pm 6:00pm Depart for Addition Arena (Event begins at 7pm )


Parking is available in Garage F, Garage D, Garage H, and lots D1 and D2. Please see Parking Map for more information. There is a parking fee, so please keep that in mind. We are not sure of the exact parking price options available.


Addition Financial Arena does not allow backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 12'' x 6'' x 12'' inside the arena. Guests who bring backpacks or large bags will be asked to return them to their car before entering the building.  No outside food or beverages allowed.
